All orders are dispatched from Mess Books HQ, Perth, Australia. All prices are listed in AUD.

We have two locations for free local collection: one in Perth, one in Fremantle. Collection details are advised by email upon order confirmation. Customers will be sent a notification when their order is ready for collection.

All domestic orders are shipped via Sendle in fully compostable packaging. We charge a flat rate of $15 for standard delivery and $20 for express delivery. Customers will receive tracking details to their supplied email address. Tracing the package is the customer’s responsibility, and it is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure their supplied email address and other contact details are up-to-date. We use sturdy cardboard book mailers to package orders. We cannot take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
